HELPFUL ANSWERS
We work with individuals, teams, and organizations in moments of change, growth, stress, or reinvention. Below are some helpful answers to common questions about how we work and what to expect.
What is the process like?
We begin with a free, confidential conversation to understand who you are, what you aim to accomplish, and how we might help. From there, we’ll explore next steps together — whether that means a one-time consult, an ongoing collaboration, or a referral to someone else who might be a better fit.
What do you mean by “organization”?
An organization is any body of people with a particular purpose — a business, a family, a team, a tribe, a community, a nonprofit, a government agency. You might picture a hospital, a start-up, a professional soccer team, or a family-owned farm. Organizations come in all shapes and sizes — what unites them is a collective goal.
What’s the relationship between individuals and organizations?
We believe there's a symbiotic relationship between individuals and the organizations they’re part of. Healthy, aware individuals contribute to organizational clarity and momentum — and well-functioning organizations can support the growth and wellness of the individuals within them. When one changes, the other is affected.
This dynamic is at the heart of our work.
Are you a therapist, doctor, or licensed medical provider?
No. We are not part of the traditional medical system and do not offer clinical diagnoses or treatment. Our work is consultative, strategic, and supportive — grounded in experience, academic study, and trauma-informed, nervous system-aware practices.
We may refer you to another professional if your needs are outside our scope.
Is this a good fit for me (or us)?
If you’re in a transitional moment — personally or professionally — and are looking for thoughtful, grounded support, we may be a good match. Whether you’re navigating change, trying to get unstuck, scaling something new, or simply seeking clarity, we bring a unique combination of insight, strategy, and presence.
